Please note that custom-made or personalized items are exempt from returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the received item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped due to an error on our part. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining shipping insurance.
